Terms and Conditions

By using the Nailana website at nailana.com and its related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Benita LT, UAB ("Nailana", "we", "us").

Nailana is a personal nail styling service that uses artificial intelligence to provide:

• A quiz about your hands, skin tone, undertone and the looks you like
• A personal palette of nail shades and a recommended nail shape and length
• A library of nail designs, with new looks added every month
• Your first nail look shown on a photo of your own hand or on a model hand
• Suggestions that match an outfit you photograph
• A diary of your manicures and a reminder of when your next set is due
• A 12-week nail care programme with a daily routine, weekly photo check-ins and a nail care score
• AI feedback on photos of your manicure
• A salon card for each design, to show your nail technician
• Step-by-step guides for doing each design at home

The quiz is free. The full Service requires a paid trial followed by a monthly subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Your plan is linked to the email address you give us. Use an address you can access, because we send your results, receipts and important notices there. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.

Access to the full Service starts with a paid trial, followed by a monthly subscription:

• 3-day trial: a one-time fee of €1.95
• 7-day trial: a one-time fee of €3.95
• 14-day trial: a one-time fee of €6.95

How billing works: you pay the trial fee today. When the trial ends, your payment method is charged €29.90 for the first month, and the same amount every month after that until you cancel. Both prices are shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Example: with the 7-day trial you pay €3.95 today. On day 7 you are charged €29.90, and then €29.90 every month until you cancel. To avoid the monthly charge, cancel before the trial ends.

Prices include applicable taxes. If we change the monthly price, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Depending on your country and device, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@nailana.com from the address you used, or through the link in your payment receipt. When you cancel:

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for
• You are not charged again
• There is no cancellation fee

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of your first payment without giving a reason. Email support@nailana.com within that time. Because you asked for the Service to start straight away, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you used it, as EU consumer law allows.

If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it within 2 business days.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to create your previews and provide the Service. Only upload photos of your own hand, or of someone who has agreed to it.

Previews are created by AI and show how a design could look. Colours, shapes and details can differ from a real manicure, and the result at a salon depends on your nail technician.

Nail care scores and photo feedback are AI estimates for motivation and styling, not a medical assessment. Shade, shape and care suggestions are general guidance, not medical advice. If you have a nail or skin condition, an allergy to nail products, or pain or swelling around your nails, please see a doctor or a qualified professional.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software and design library, belongs to Nailana or its licensors. Previews made for you are yours to keep and share for personal use.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos of anyone under 18
• Upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service

The Service relies on third parties for payments, hosting and image generation. Their own terms apply to the parts they provide. Our Privacy Policy lists them.

To the extent the law allows, Nailana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

We may improve, change or stop parts of the Service. If a change significantly affects a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Consumers may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) for out-of-court resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will email you about important changes.
